Ich war heute zum ersten mal nach längerer Zeit wieder dort und muss sagen der Verkauf ist sehr gut aufgeräumt und die Auswahl stimmt auch. Das Personal hat sich für mich Zeit genommen und mich gut beraten. Ich werde nächstes Jahr einige Anschaffungen beim Caravaningmarkt machen und dann auch die Werkstatt testen. Also für mich war bis jetzt alles gut!!!

Now the shop is empty. The prices are at the highest level, most of which you have to order. The new owner - who didn't know me yet - treated me like a supplicant when I was interested in a year old caravan. I got the impression that he would be happy when I go again. Original sound: You can think again (I don't have a lot of time and have more important things to do like talking to you). So I don't buy a caravan there anymore. That's for sure. And if possible, I order my parts online. Answer to your input: Do you want to claim that you have 50% more goods? That's a bold lie. You have closed the tent department, the boat department with all spare parts - where is it? and the large selection of spare parts - gone. Instead, they have a very limited range of different utensils that may be needed more often. You search in vain for things that are used less frequently. And you're right: that's not my real name - because I want to protect myself from your legal action.
Very familiar, honest business. Today we picked up our new caravan, advice, handover excellent. Boss is very nice and takes care immediately. You don't always have to question yourself, you get through actively. TOP, highly recommended.
We were really looking forward to the rental caravan, but this joy did not last long. The chaos started when I picked it up. A briefing or correct handover did not take place. The boss kept running away because he was needed elsewhere. In addition, an employee was still cleaning the vehicle, which had only been brought back a few hours beforehand. But this was pointless. In the end, a completely dirty vehicle was handed over to us. The refrigerator smelled unsavory and there was hair and food stuck in it. The leftovers from the predecessor could also be found in the toilet. Almost all the closets were still dirty. Since we were under time pressure and wanted to start our vacation the next day, we grudgingly took the trailer with us and cleaned at home for an entire hour. In the middle of the loading process, we noticed that the fresh water supply pump was not working. Since phone calls were of no use, we drove to Fellbach again, including the trailer. There the boss shook the pump twice and it ran. Since the whole thing happened again on vacation, we assume a wobble. We also found several scratches and dents that were caused by the previous tenant. An apology from the landlord could not be heard. We were also not informed of the damage in the first briefing. Upon request, it was confirmed that these scratches are already known. We shouldn't worry. After two weeks of vacation, we returned the vehicle. We even hoped for a price reduction due to the high levels of pollution. But nothing. Instead, we smell like paying € 200 for a broken bar, which was also destroyed by a previous tenant. Unfortunately, we didn't notice the damage until we were on vacation, as we assumed that the damage was truthfully reported to us and that we are not professionals. The landlord insisted, although the vehicle was not properly handed over or inspected. Our conclusion: we will never again buy, rent or recommend the shop to anyone.
